Look what’s coming my way… Woohoo! After my on-again-off-again search for gumboots, I finally find one I like in my size!!! All except they’re in Perth and have to be flown over… I certainly hope they come soon… And o yes, perhaps for the first time, I might enjoy rain!!!

I am still sad that I lost my heart charm though…

Today was a pretty nice smooth day… (thank YOU Jesus!) after too many stressful n’ l-o-n-g ones in the past few weeks. I feel surprisingly relaxed now after feeling incredibly tensed after nineteen-too-many late nights! It’s a wonder what rest does to our bodies!
The weather’s starting to feel ‘more normal’ after temperatures dipped all of a sudden on Monday. The days are beautiful n’ crisp and simply lush when sun is out… I love this season for the sake of fashion more than anything! Ha! Guess short hemlines can be rather controversial… but when teamed with nice opaques, they can be rather chic! (Still controversial I know…) Merino scarves, a jacket/long cardi n’ boots top off the look. The possibilities seem to be endless at the moment… shorts, long over-the-knee socks with funny leg-warmer thingys, broques… Well we’ll see if I get bold enough to try something non-traditional!!!
My outfit today felt like -10 points to be honest… I felt pretty sloppy. Think I need to start choosing my clothes the night before more often!
