I woke up this morning with a horrendous headache… and upon movement, I found that the left-side of my neck and shoulder had seized up!!! AhhhHHHHH- I haven’t been in this much pain for years upon end…
Think I’ve spent too much time working on the laptop… O dear! I need to do as the physio advises, “Get up and move FREQUENTLY!”
Heat packs all day now… ALL DAY + plenty of stretches.
