I woke up this morning with a horrendous headache… and upon movement, I found that the left-side of my neck and shoulder had seized up!!! AhhhHHHHH- I haven’t been in this much pain for years upon end…
Think I’ve spent too much time working on the laptop… O dear! I need to do as the physio advises, “Get up and move FREQUENTLY!”
Heat packs all day now… ALL DAY + plenty of stretches.

This is what happens when you work ALL day on a computer… No wonder IT people get paid so much moolah! I’ve just added a few pages to the Cape Town site and then updated some text and worked on pictures.
I need my bed! Just can’t think of how much this week entails… It gets a bit too overwhelming.
Once upon a time I thought that you should never skip work unless you could absolutely not drag yourself out of bed. Now I think that people with ANY sickness should stay at home and NOT spread germs!!!
My ears are aching… they seem to be a pretty reliable indicator now of sickness. BLAH! It’s cold & flu tabs and healing for me THANK YOU! 
Time for sleep… I felt yuck during the night last night and then slept through my alarm! … n’ went to work an hour late!!!
